Description

Generous, elegant and floral

Light gold color with golden reflections with elegant fine bubbles. Fruity nose with aromas of lemon, peach and apricot, underlined by brioche and honey notes. Fresh and smooth on the palate, with flavors of "vanilla caramel" crème brûlée and ripe yellow fruits. Generous finish with delicate spicy notes.

Gastronomic match

An ideal cuvée to enjoy as an aperitif and which goes perfectly with a fillet of white fish in sauce accompanied by small vegetables.

About Champagne Beaumont des Crayères

The champagne house Beaumont des Crayères was founded in 1955 by the willingness of winegrowers from the village of Mardeuil to join together in order to highlight their vineyards area through
specific cuvées with its grapes variety and geographic position. With a vineyard area of 85 ha of sustainable agriculture, it is a among the few Champagne house to be able its own self supply.
This Co-Op winegrowers structure has 240 members is located on a north-east hills of the vineyard, characterized with its chalky subsoil and well known for its pinot meuniers.
